We strive to ship all items in stock within 48 hours after your payment is received. Please allow 10 business days for delivery on in-stock items from our California & Pennsylvania Warehouses. Some items are shipped from the manufacturer and may take longer for delivery. If an item is Out Of Stock, You will be informed by e-mail soon after your order is placed with us. If the arrival date is within 30 days, you will be asked if you wish to backorder that item or cancel it. If the arrival date is not known or it is backordered for an extended amount of time (over 30 days), the system will cancel that item from your order and e-mail you with a reason.

MOST Orders Under 70lbs. Are Shipped via UPS within the continental United States
Orders Outside The Continental United States Will Incur Additional Charges.

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise purchased, you may return it within 30 days for a Full Merchandise Refund. If you do not return your merchandise within the 30 day period, a Restocking Fee will apply.

RESTOCKING FEES
Items returned to decorate4theholidays.com, after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee of 33% of the product price for each month beyond the 30 days.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We take extreme care with every order that we fill for our customers at decorate4theholidays.com
However sometimes an order may arrive to you damaged. If the box has visible damage upon delivery (box has a hole in it, crushed, etc.), Please Refuse Delivery of that shipment by that carrier (If Possible) and e-mail Customer Service as soon as possible to ensure that your waiting time for a replacement order is at a minimal. If delivery was made and you later noticed that it was indeed damaged, E-mail Customer Service to inform them of the damaged item or items. They will reply with an Return Authorization Number and Re-order a replacement at that time. If you ordered more than one item and not all items were damaged, E-mail only the items that need to be replaced.

RETURN PROCEDURE
To return an item to decorate4theholidays.com

1) E-Mail Customer Service @ cs@decorate4theholidays.com
2) Include the full name and address of the person we shipped the product to.
3) List the item# and brief description of the product that you wish to return.
4) Include Reason of return - (not as expected, etc.)
5) You will be e-mailed a Return Authorization Number.
(this is important so the warehouse does not refuse delivery of your return.)
6) Package your return in the original carton.
ALL returned products must be complete including original packing, accessories, parts, manuals, etc.
7) Send your return via UPS ground or Insured Parcel Post to:

Payment By Check or Money Order:
Personal or Business Checks and Money Orders are also accepted as valid means of payment.
Should you decide to pay by check or money order, select Check OR Money Order from the payment options in the order form and place the order.
